
How To Change Your Appointment
You can cancel or reschedule services online 24/7!
1. Find your appointments
Find the email with your appointment request or confirmation information. Click on the link provided in your email to view your appointment.
If you can not find your confirmation email, see your appointments on our booking webpage.
Log into Vagaro if prompted.
2. Reschedule or Cancel
You should see a list of your appointments. Now you can reschedule or cancel an appointment. You might need to click on a “More” button for more options.

If all else fails, text Summer or Shawn
Our providers might not receive your text messages until their next business day. Shawn and Summer do not share the same business hours.
If you aren’t sure when your provider will see your message, it is best to use our online booking.
Make sure to reschedule or cancel your appointment within the allowed time period to avoid fees. See our cancelation and late policies for more information.
